The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a pretty nice area, close to Tauranga and food places and the waterfront. All the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was a decent size and well-appointed and complete with balcony and the bedroom, as for instance. The stay was absolutely GOOD.

We loved staying here, the place exceeded high expectations. The room was spotless, neat with a large comfortable bed and the overall experience was fairly nice. The staff was fantastic friendly and outstandingly friendly and made us feel comfortable. The location was great, close to The Elms. There was a superb bar with friendly service.

We were there for 2 days, everything was good, loved its particularly good location short walk to restaurants and bay and eateries and bars...

I loved the hotel, its well-appointed room and very very helpful staff. The room with a large comfortable bed. Having a shower and a soap was a bonus.

Also, location was good and excellent, within a close distance from The Elms. We appreciated rooms with a large comfortable bed.

Amazing value for the price! The beds were spacious and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability and amenities.

Open, clean, lots of windows, facilities within the room were clean, appropriate. The underground parking with lift connection was very convenient and helpful - like city accommodation. City Suites was so central to everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were extremely helpful and listened to me dribble on about the weather and was able to incorporate the waiting person, i didnt see standing behind me,in a very unobtrusive manner.

The lift was slow and used the stairs on two occasions - good exercise.

Generous upgrade to a one bedroom suite. Was delightful.

Reasonable price, excellent shower, good value for money, convenient location, small pool area, jacuzzi.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Tauranga and was impressed by several aspects. First of all, the location was ideal, conveniently close to the city centre. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a large comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep.

All was in order, no improvements needed.

stayed in tauranga before, but this long term stay at city suites exceeded expectations. pool clean, shower pressure amazing, and well-stocked minibar at reasonable prices. great location and spacious, quiet room with a huge tv and comfy bed. highly recommend for a week-long stay.
